Introduction to Pioneer

Critical Power Group started exclusively representing the Pioneer Power Solutions products a few months ago for the Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC area within the industrial to Datacenter markets. We thought you might have an interest in their product due to all the complex projects that you get involved with. Pioneer is a manufacturer of specialty electrical equipment for applications in the industrial, commercial and utility segments. This group is responsible to sell Pioneer's growing portfolio of paralleling switchgear, ATS, custom products, enclosures and electrical transformer products focusing on design build market, electrical contractors, engineering firms and end user clients in the mission critical markets.

We are better equipped to handle projects requiring 3 phase substation transformers in the range of 2.5 to 25 MVA (up to 69 KV and on-load tap changers) and pad mount transformers in the range of 4 to 10 MVA (up to 69 KV). Pioneer manufactures grounding transformers (up to 72.5 KV) as well as power dry type units up to 20 MVA at 35 KV.

In addition, Pioneer Critical Power manufactures breaker type automatic transfer switches (40 to 4000 Amps) as well as low and medium voltage paralleling switchgear for on-site power applications from a simple single Gen-Set (standby) to multi Gen-Set, multi utility paralleling for load management. Our paralleling switchgear lineups are available in different configurations to match specific system design requirements or custom requirements.

Below in the Download section are some one page summary brochures on our paralleling switchgear, power transformer and custom panelboard/switchboard products that we currently manufacture.
